Our cuisine offers the authentic argentine barbecue with the best cuts of grass-and-grain-fed animals, chickens, ducks, lambs and goats from our farm, served with vegetables from our organic orchard.
Home-made spaghetti kneaded with organic eggs, rolls of pasta filled with organic vegetables and goat’s meat, Polish “pierogui” pasta filled with organic potatoes and Hungarian gnocchi are just some of our pasta specialties.
Delicious cakes and scons (argentine muffins) right from the oven to your table, jams made from our organic fruit-trees, home-made desserts, a variety of breads made of wheat and whole-wheat flour, with seeds, cooked in special mud ovens; our cellar full of good wines, good argentine “embutidos” (kind of sausage filled with pork meat) and excellent music will accompany you during your meals.
We account two amazingly cozy living-rooms, a small restaurant, a family lounge in which a wonderful grand piano fills our ears with exquisite music and tables in the garden around the pool.
