In a 50-hectare piece of land (123.55 acres), north/south oriented, bordering on Candonga’s Chapel and only 350 m (383 yards) apart from our lodge’s restaurant, you will find 18 lots with a total area ranging from 2 to 4.8 hectares (4.94 to 11.86 acres) each.
The lots can be reached through an easement pathway and they extend themselves all along both sides of the pathway.
Regarding topography, the terrain is folded including flat contour and elevations.
The lots are irrigated. The views are breathtaking and the feeling is of never-ending peace. A quality lifestyle gave birth to this project and so, these farms have been conceived for living or vacationing in a close integration with nature.

- Trading of owners’ production: orchard, farming, dairy farming, bakery, crops, food
- Rental property management over owner requirement
- Special prices for rooms and restaurant in the lodge
- Free walking and horse riding throughout the whole land
- Horse rental
- Airport, city and bus station shuttle service
- Workshops and cultural activities attendance within the lodge
- Co-participation in entrepreneurial projects started by Junta de Los Ríos Inc.
- Participation in the development of a community orchard or farm for internal use only
- Any other subject arising in the future
